- All events having a band play must have security.

- If you would like to have liquor services, there is a forty (40) day notice required.

- There will be NO ENTRANCE to the facility before the scheduled event without payment
of an additional load-in or load-out fee.

- All non-profit organizations must be a 501c3

- Not following the guidelines for facility use could result in deductions from your
cleaning deposit.

- All floor plans MUST BE SUBMITTED TEN (10) DAYS IN ADVANCE of your scheduled event.

- A $1,000,000 Liability Insurance Certificate is required on any event having more than
100 attendees. (Available from your choice of Insurance Carriers, if your group has an
existing insurance coverage, a rider off of that policy might be obtainable. Check with
your insurance agent for details.)
